It is similar to a mouth guard, but wearing this handy device slightly moves your lower jaw forward, keeping your airway open! If you have a severe case, then you may benefit from a CPAP machine, which delivers a continuous stream of air. Sometimes your dentist may recommend a mixture of both devices, but regardless of which one works for you, it’ll help you get on track to sleeping throughout the night.
